Exchanges
- Items purchased directly from Kiara Pavilion may be exchanged within 15 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and certificates included.
- Certain collections or specific jewelry pieces may be eligible for exchange within 7 days only. These exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.
- Exchanges are subject to product inspection and approval by our quality control team.
Refund Policy
- We currently do not offer refunds on purchases unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
- Eligible items may be exchanged for another piece of equal or higher value.
- Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and handling charges are non-refundable.
Custom & Personalized Jewelry
- All custom-made, personalized, engraved, altered, or made-to-order pieces are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- Due to the handcrafted nature of luxury fine jewelry, slight variations may occur and are not considered defects.
International Orders & Customs Fees
- For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- Returns involving customs-cleared items may be subject to additional conditions, fees, or deductions depending on the destination country regulations.
- Kiara Pavilion is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Purchases Through Authorized Stockists
- Jewelry purchased through authorized retailers, stockists, or partner boutiques including Jeed Jewelry (Riyadh) is subject to the return and exchange policy of that specific retailer.
- Please contact the original point of purchase directly for assistance.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos and order details for prompt assistance.
