- In-stock items are generally processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
- Custom-made, personalized, or pre-order pieces may require additional production time, generally up to 15 business days or more depending on the design.

Pricing & Duties

- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges imposed by the destination country.
- Certain regions may include landed pricing, while others may require customers to pay local import duties upon delivery.
- Kiara Pavilion is not responsible for customs delays or additional government charges.
Exchanges
- Items purchased directly from Kiara Pavilion may be exchanged within 15 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all accompanying documentation.
- Some specific pieces or limited collections may be eligible for exchange within 7 days only. Such conditions will be stated on the product page where applicable.
- Exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by our quality control team.
Refund Policy
- Kiara Pavilion does not offer refunds on purchases unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
- Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and handling charges are non-refundable.
Custom & Personalized Orders
- Custom-made, engraved, altered, resized, or personalized jewelry pieces are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- Once production has started on a custom order, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

- Products purchased through authorized retailers or stockists, including Jeed Jewelry, are subject to the Terms & Conditions and return policies of the respective retailer.

Repairs & Jewelry Care

- Repair services may be available depending on the condition of the piece and are subject to assessment fees where applicable.
